1.      The diet should be rich in vitamin B, and if necessary it should be supplemented, as vitamin B is necessary for the proper oxidation of carbohydrates.

2.    Egg yolk should be avoided for those diabetics whose cholesterol is high because it is rich in cholesterol.

3.    Regular use of cow milk and pluses is necessary for proteins.

4.    Eat vegetables which are low in calories like carrots, onions, turnips, spinach, cabbage, and brinjal and pumpkin but avoid potatoes, gam and sweet potatoes.

5.     Fruits like mangoes, banana, chickoo are avoided and oranges ,apple and grapes can be eaten by diabetic.

1.      Drink 100 ml juice of fenugreek leaves every morning. Also, leave rice oily and spicy food, there will be immediate benefit.

2.    Five fresh leaves of basil, along with five black pepper, taking on an empty stomach is beneficial in diabetes.

Patients of diabetes treated by giving injections of insulin because their bodies cannot produce or properly use insulin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar.

In Type 2 diabetes, the body becomes resistant to insulin. Insulin injections help normalize blood sugar levels by facilitating glucose uptake into cells for energy.
