There are various ways to manage stress through Ayurvedic concepts such as meditation, breathing, relaxation exercise which are scientifically proven. These will stop the flow of hormones associated with stress; lower the heart rate and blood pressure.

    Full body self-massage

Use any oil like (olive oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, etc) apply all over the body with a self massage at least twice a week. This is an excellent method to relax the body and mind.


    Ayurvedic herbs
